Johnson was drafted 10th overall in the 2001 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics. He has since played for the Phoenix Suns, Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Miami Heat, Utah Jazz, and Houston Rockets.

Throughout his career, Johnson has been a six-time NBA All-Star, a two-time All-NBA Third Team selection, and a two-time All-NBA Second Team selection. He has also been named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team twice. Johnson is known for his ability to score from all over the court, as well as his clutch shooting. He is also known for his leadership and ability to make his teammates better.

Johnson is currently a free agent and is looking for a new team to join. He is one of the most experienced players in the league and is still capable of contributing to a team. He is a great locker room presence and is a great mentor for younger players.
